Is it possible to get help?
Is it possible to get help from support? My internet contract started 2 days ago but they sent me wrong installation package. Now I'm trying to reach out support chat, it put me in line and in a few minutes canceling chat because I'm inactive. What kind of activity I should do while I'm waiting in line? Now I don't have internet that I need for work and have no idea how to fix it because company doesn't have ways to reach them out. After many tries I got through line and manager said that for such an issue I should call phone line that works till 6 pm. Guess what? I called at 17:15 to find out they works till 5 pm
