When I initailly contacted the Company the response was quick and polite. My initial questions were answered professionally so I booked an appointment to meet thier wills and power of attorney solicitor. The appointment was to be at my home and was at my convenience. Mr Barry Halliday was my contact. He arrived on time. He was very polite and considerate and had a calm manner that made discussing my will and power of attorney more easy. He went over everything with me until I was happy we hadn't missed anything and explained what would happen next and how long the process would take. He replies to my emails, text messages and phone calls promptly and I feel confident I can reply on his support to my family when it is needed. He also made it clear that should he not be available for any reason, another member of the team would support me or my chosen executives in his absence. The paperwork and documentation has been provided. Its clear and well presented. I have been advised I can update my will at any time if necessary. I have been provided with contact details for future use and this included a business card for each of my executors, so that they have contact details readily available when they are needed. I thought this was a rather thoughtfull. The company also have an on line probate toolkit, which you can set up so that all the information is in one place. The executors can have access to this. You can upload your will, power of attorney, funeral plan and any thing else you feel would be useful. I feel that with the support from Secure Inheritance Legal Services Ltd, my family will cope better with what needs to be done when I pass away.
