Tickets never received...and no response from customer service.
I ordered my ticket 3 weeks before a show and it never showed up. To make matters worse, the "Global Priority" shipping was more expensive than the actual ticket. I attempted to contact customer service (via email) multiple times the week before the show (both politely and not so politely) and never even received a response. I always like to order my tickets from smaller, independent companies, but if I have to choose between Ticketmaster and these fools, I'll go with Ticketmaster every time. Horrible service and NO PRODUCT!
