My experience with Bupa has been…

My experience with Bupa has been disappointing. Before you embark on a serious operation like open heart surgery, you may think that Bupa private care will cover the cost, but that’s only for the hospital bill. So any other requirements are for your own pocket, so you could be in for £2000 - £4000 pounds. Probably better off with NHS. Bupa claim they are there to support you but when it really comes to it it, they try and avoid coats wherever possible. Beware and Becareful!!!, Bupa mission statement and core values have not materialised for me. Another organisation putting profits before members.

Terrible property management company

How did Brentford Lock West engage with Crabtree Management Property. The estate has been so mismanaged and placing residents at risk. They have a rating of 2.9 and seriously who appointed them? Boiler room locked, no access because after hours have no information. Supervisor deliberately ignored taking the call. Can’t wait for the residents to vote them out…highly not recommended
