Above and beyond
Despite many complications with me getting onto the indoor cycle instructor course my advisor (Paul Hitchcock) went above and beyond to make this happen. He spent a day trying to make this possible by liaising with various departments and keeping me updated throughout. And at very short notice I was able to attend the course the following day. You won't get that treatment with many providers.
