Great customer service!
Ever since having our first grandchild seven years ago, we have used Smallwoods as our go to business for our large photos for our wall settings. There was only one time that a frame came damaged and without any hassle, they replaced immediately. We know have 6 grandchildren, and the photo this year needed a speciality sized frame. Their website made it easy to order it, the communication chain on email was super smooth and quick….within the same day of the order, we had the quote, the sample picture and all I had to do was pay! So easy, no worries, will forever use them, thanks Smallwoods♥️
