Easy and stress free experience
Had a friend that needed to move out of state ASAP. Many folks were helping get her stuff packed, shipped, donated etc . I offered to help get her car shipped to Texas. We had less than 5 days before she flew. Came across Royal Auto Ship accidentally through some portal. Like many of the other brokers got a call from Marco. From the beginning he was very patient and transparent about everything. We obviously had never done this before and had questions and concerns. Marco made sure to explain how the process worked and arranged for the car to be picked the day before her flight. We had some delays with the driver but again Marco made sure that the car was picked when promised and sure enough it arrived in Texas two days after she landed as promised. Personally if I had to now ship mine in near future I would be happy to work with Marco and Royal Auto ship
