Subscription cancellation is a nightmare

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. Subscription cancellation is a nightmare. "Cancel subscription" button on the site does nothing. Support ignores my questions of subscription, and asks me random meaningless questions regarding my AppleID. We've been going back and forth for a week now. Support ticket #1747228987358-5
