Mixed experience with warranty service
Had an issue with the crown mechanism after 8 months and needed warranty service. The process was a bit slow and required multiple follow-ups, but they did honor the warranty and fixed the issue. The watch has been working perfectly since then. Just wish the service process was more streamlined.
