HORRIBLE!
I've put in more than a 40 hour work week between calling them & having people come here to "fix" issues-not even having service for 2 weeks! I thought things were taken care of shortly after but I wasn't so lucky, there are still problems & when calling the first line of reps, they never fully listen. The NOVEL of notes in my account is insane!!! I'm seriously about to get rid of this company & go with another just for internet, then watch regular TV through my computer-I know that company is reliable & has MUCH better customer service, hands down! All the aggravation isn't worth it...still not yet a full month with them...
