I would just like to praise one of your colleagues. We came into your shop(Poole,Dorset) 12:45 9th April 2025 and got a few things one of which was a croissant for my daughter. When leaving the shop my daughter was attacked by a seagull. We came back into the shop to get her a new one as she was very upset. Your colleague Nick was restocking to middle section and noticed she was upset and asked if she didn’t like her other one from a minute ago, we explained what had happened and he could see the scratches all down her face etc and was so caring and considerate and let her get a new one. Honestly was a lovely experience after being so upset.
