The product is terrible, but service is good
The product is terrible. Flimsy, smelly, and too small even though I measured and ordered the next size up because I was on the edge of the other size. Returns are customer paid and must be sent to China though the company is "US Based" and the original shipment came from Illinois. Shipping cost nearly as much as the shoes, but I was forced to settle for a 25% refund and keep the shoes. That said, the customer service has been great. I am not getting the resolution I want (all my money back and the junk out of my house), but they have been quick to respond to my emails.
