Attn Richard the zone manager,. your mechanic didn't install my front axle properly it fell off on the freeway, I could have died. .you say you where going to fix everything for me, .U have my car for 2 weeks , tell me it's completely safe and you wanted me to feel comfortable with it, . the first 10 mins of it being returned there was a heating issue , .you send the field manager he comes out and said yes there is a heating problem. now and it wasn't there fault as they never touched the cooling system, only touched the axle and gear box," that was it he said and the managers won't repair it " , well why was that all that Ur mechanics checked? As the front axle that was installed by your mechanic failed on my car at 100km , you are lucky no one was injured or killed , and after a major incident like that, and promising the car would be returned safe and fixed I find out the car wasn't even checked properly to make sure nothing like this could happen again , I informed Richard, that my partner is 8 months pregnant, yet no one seems to care about our safety ? , you returned my car with a broken (globe) headlight on the left side , and a heating issue , the car doesn't even feel like a wheel alignment was done , after an axle is installed these things are important , your company has treated me and my partner terrible and have caused us problems , when I have asked for these things fixed I get told it was there prior and suggesting I'm lieing . I want lube mobile to fix my car properly and honestly you should be replacing the whole car . This was not my fault the repairs that where done failed me after 2 days take responsibility for your company's stuff up
