Patient Services Team Leader Attitude
I went in recently with an enquiry I went in recently to the Glasgow Hospital with an enquiry, the admin who greeted me said she was the patient services team leader of the enquiry team, she talked me out of booking an appointment it honestly felt like she did not want me as a patient, and after being greeted by her I was glad that I did not book in with them. I don’t like talking about people like this but the smell that was coming from her and the attitude that I was greeted with definitely made me never want to be a patient there. This is not the standard that you expect from a private hospital, needless to say I won’t be back and I would not recommend it to anyone else. I have posted this on a few places because something needs to be done. I’m not exactly sure of the date so I’ve put todays date.
