I used my insurance policy for the first time 2 weeks ago to claim for a neurological condition and am so grateful for all the effort that was put in from the claim team to make sure everything was done in time as I am a worrier and the deadline was tight for my appointment! I was recommended general and medical by my father and the policy has been a god send.
