Overall, an east and pleasant experience.
Booking easy online. Pre-Book in was not so easy! The calendar for entering my age required me to go back manually day by day!!! That wasn't going to happen. Could not enter date any other way, so didn't bother. On arrival at KEF there was no obvious place to meet LAVA CARS, but phone call resolved that. Everything else was excellent. Especially at the end of rental when we needed a lift to the hotel, rather than the airport, and they did that for us. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
