Ordered some slabs that were by far cheaper than anyone. Could choose my delivery day, which was easy. Four had been smashed when I opened them up by taking the cellophane off. Phoned up and they sent me four replacements within a couple of hours. Excellent service!

I sold an item on eBay last week and arranged for the parcel to go with DHL. I then took my parcel to Convenience Express which was my local DHL drop off . I said to the old lady behind the counter that I have a DHL parcel to be collected by a courier. She then said we only do Collect plus, so I explained that this is where i have been directed to. The man who was also behind the counter explained to the lady that they were a DHL drop off point. She then said to him I'll scan it and if it doesn't go with DHL it will go with Collect plus to which I stated to her - No, it needs to go with DHL not collect plus as I have paid for a DHL service. My parcel is now lost and I am out of pocket due to the negligence of this woman as she has put my parcel in a collect plus bag and the courier has taken it so it is now lost. I have spoken to DHL and they said their driver turned up and was refused the parcel as it had already gone with collect plus.
