Major communication issues when dealing with BOE.
Getting my home loan from BOE was a satisfactory experience. Since then, trying to contact them via email or telephone is a disaster. You can not talk to a HUMAN at BOE. I have tried numerous numbers shown and they all end of reverting to a "branch" office that is of no help as they were not the ones that initiated my loans. Passwords for login to their site only work about 5% of the time then you have to a reset. Hit the reset link and you are to receive a link to change your password. NEVER receive the link and I have tried numerous times. ONCE, I actually spoke to a human in their technology center and he informed me that "yea, a lot of people have this problem". He did get me the link and I got logged in that day Have asked numerous times for the HDQT direct line and have NEVER been given a direct number. It goes to voice mail then I get redirected to a branch. Before retirement, I was an Executive for two of the largest companies in the United States. I would strongly suggest that someone look into your communication issues. Have and executive try to contact someone using the numbers published by BOE. I think they would have a total different perspective on how the BOE customer is treated. Many companies have communication issues but this is BY FAR AND AWAY the worse I have ever encountered.
