We work with Melissa Ward from the Birmingham branch. From the first phone call with Melissa in 2023 throughout all her work to date I can honestly say Melissa has been nothing but professional, effective and kind and it has been a pleasure to work with her. She has obtained much funding for my son for his rehabilitation after the accident. She is approachable, responsive and her communication is excellent and we trust her to reach the right outcome for us.
