Not inclusive and the quiz is deeply epistemically harmful

I'm was very confused and disappointed to not see bipolar or ADD-- the two issues I was here to seek help with-- not listed as options in the introductory quiz. I selected "not sure" and then was told I had severe depression with no quiz given to test for anything other than depression and anxiety. Not only is this lazy and poor, but it's a dangerous act of epistemic harm that could gaslight less aware patients into believing they have the wrong disorder. To begin by assuming you know what is wrong is both cruel and poor medicine. horrifying experience right at the beginning which tells me just how little actual research in psychiatric ethics went into it. Even the first intro message of "back to being you" gave me chills. What does that even mean? I am always me and I don't subscribe to that kind of narrow thinking of neurodiversity. I've learned they are also terribly corrupt and accept all kinds of big pharma bribes. Is there no hope for those of us who need medication but want to speak to someone who actually cares about us and isn't just thoughtlessly lining their pockets and doling out scripts?
