parcel lost and nobody cares
I sent a parcel from Spain to France with 10 other people with the same pickup and delivery points. Communication was hard from the beginning not replying emails and generating labels. In the end all of the guys suitcases reached the destination but a box I sent did not. I received an email from another company SEUR that my parcel was bring sent back. I tried to track it and it said it is already back in Spain. SEUR provided with a form to fill that blocked me because it said I didn't have an active email linked to a delivery (they sent me the email there). I emailed parcelabc and called countless times without reply. I think my parcel is lost since I have no people anymore in Spain and I have moved out completely from there. Only here apparently they seem to reply for the shake of "publicity"
