After purchasing the key weeks ago it finally came in and I brought it to the Coral Springs store at 4:00 p.m. nobody showed up until 4:25 p.m. after I made several calls. There were four car key Express employees and it was total chaos. They were all arguing amongst themselves. It was nothing but confusion on who was doing what. Several of us standing outside in the hot sun trying to get our cars programmed and keys cut were miserable. Parts were missing and we were very upset. I left very dissatisfied after over an hour and a half waiting to program my key fob. This is definitely not a professional run organization. Two of the employees just stood around playing on their cell phones and not helping anybody else. I thought this was a good deal because I saved money but after the aggravation it was not worth it.
