Be aware of scamming! Bad customer service and no returns.
Ordered a mat, which didn’t suit so I decide to return it and order a different one instead. There is absolutely no information on the website about returns whatsoever. The only place the company has pointed me to is their hidden FAQs which I had no reason to visit in the first place. I’ve never seen a company put their return policy into FAQs which is very unclear. After emailing them, I was told I cannot return it as the mat was made to order and therefore cannot be restocked. Excuse me what?? There is no way these mats are custom made for each customer, what a load of shit and lies. After that, they decided to offer me 20% off my NEXT order. I will never be ordering from you nor recommending to anyone. Be aware, this is an absolute scam! To not be able to return something as simple as a mat is diabolical!!
