I wish there was a negatif billion option They have the worst customer service ever They all lied on the phone and every time phone hang up I am a teacher. Over the chat they promised me to get magenta plus with magenta price. Anyways they did not. After I purchased I checked my email and reailized the lady lied to me. Anyways I tried to cancel almost ten days and never activated the cards. Finally today at the store they said my account is cancelled. But I did not get any email notification. When I got back home I called customer service again they told me it is not an option. I will not get any canceltation email. 🤪🤪🤪🤬🤬🤬I am done horrible terrible tmobile
