Ordered loft hatch and ladder for next…
Ordered loft hatch and ladder for next day delivery. 4 days later no delivery. Workmen booked and had to be paid even though no work to do. Left messages as phone went to voicemail and no call back. Courier company lost package between depots but insisted I speak to uk build supplies, but not able to reach so days later am out of pocket for the workers AND the hatch. Asked for a refund but no reply (yet)
