BEING HARASSED WHEN I HAVE NO DEBT
Am in agreement with all the 1 star reviews. I HAVE NO DEBT to be collected and yet I am harassed with texts and phonecalls (I don’t pick up, so I have voicemails from a robot asking me to call them back). The texts keep referring to a letter I’ve been sent but THERE HAS BEEN NO LETTER.! I then started to worry that someone has cloned or hacked an account and taken a loan out in my name but I have checked my credit records and there is nothing saying I’ve defaulted on any payments on anything. I feel reassured by the other reviews on here that I am not alone with this experience and will continue to ignore them. I’d advise anyone wishing to use their service for debt collection to avoid them like the plague.
