Great service, hardworking, responsive team
I found the experience with MG efficient and straightforward. They agreed to my request to sell my property without putting it on the market officially and worked hard to get enough viewings in a short time for me to sell it quickly at a decent price. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of five is that my agent didn't tell the buyers about certain pre-existing problems I had clearly flagged at the beginning and which I wanted to be straightforward about (no building regs for minor internal changes). I am sure there were good strategic reasons for this, but it slowed things down considerably at the conveyancing stage. Lastly, when prices were being renegotiated in the very final stages, I did not feel my agent was working in my interests as much as I would have liked! All in all, however, I found the team at MG extremely responsive, efficient and hardworking and I would use them again.
