I have just ordered a football kit for my son who is 13 years old. As per when I was ordering online as its personalised, they’re was no AGE size mentioned there. The only sizes mentioned were S,M and L. The orders came today 20/01 and found out it was sizes 9-10 years how disappointing this is as I have waited patiently for over a month to get my order and this is what they have to tell me “unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange or refund after spending £136.85. Please I want my money back or an exchange as my son can’t wear a size 9yrs. Very poor customer service, I am not happy the way they are treating me with disrespect.
