Horrible customer service that doesn’t…
Horrible customer service that doesn’t not align with the values that they claim to uphold. We never received a confirmation email or proof and our design was completely unaligned with the original file. Very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and after having placed multiple orders with this company we will no longer be. Not helping solve the issue when you have been a long time customer is very frustrating and creates distrust. We hope that the company looks inward and evaluates their approach to customer service.
