Online order but NO delivery!!!
I ordered my fence panels online paid in full on my cc and I am YET to receive them till present day. I called customer services on the day I was due the delivery because they only delivered some small items I had ordered along with them, I was on hold for 30 minutes and got fed up then called first thing the following morning. I called for 42 mins until I got through. I was advised someone would call me back and they have yet to do so. I am very shocked at HSS, I have never had such issues in the past and I can’t say I would order from you guys again.
