Now almost 3 1/2 months
Now over 5 months and still no refund! United Airlines refunded $747.20 USD to eSky, in January, for tickets that were cancelled. They continue to make one silly excuse after another. I can no longer get to a person on the customer service phone, because that’s demand a reference number that In do not have. I only have Booking Numbers. I don’t think that they intend to refund my money. This is fraud! The reply that was sent to this “review” is not true. They have NEVER tried to call me! They insist that they can not simply credit the money back to the charge card. I have opened a separate bank account for the sole purpose of receiving this transfer. I have sent them the bank information THREE TIMES. There has been no attempt to transfer money to my account. They are now insisting that I open a different account. This is simply another run around from them! Now almost 3 1/2 months, and have still not been refunded the $747.20 that UAL refunded to eSky for two cancelled flights. If you follow this string, you will see that they are just stringing me on. My email to them today recieved this: We have recieved your message. Our representative will be contacting you as soon as possible. They already have everything they need to refund my money, but are just refusing to do it!
