Condition of the Vehicle wasn’t very good but helpline service was prompt and helpful when required
I booked the Lucky Rodeo from LuckyRentals. The condition of the car wasn’t very good. The original car that was assigned to me appeared very beaten and the car door had squeaky sound when opening and closing and it had moss on the exterior. I asked if I could change to another car but the staff insisted that the car was still okay to use. Thankfully, when I was trying the car out, a kind person pointed out to me that there was a liquid leaking out from the bottom of the car, which was believed to be the coolant liquid. I notified the staff and upon checking with another staff, it turns out that the car requires further inspection, and that’s when they changed to another car for me. The 2nd car that they assigned to me looked better and newer, though the side mirror has to be manually adjusted (the control button in the car wasn’t working), which was the advice I got when I highlighted to the staff. Despite the not-so-ideal car condition, the helpline response was prompt and helpful. The car tyre went flat on my 2nd last day of the trip and I called the rental company and they sent someone to come and help me change the tyre within 1-2hrs to where I was (I bought the Worry Free Cover).
