North wales holiday rentals took over management of our static caravan for us on the 9th of September 2023. From our initial meeting where we discussed what we wanted from them as a management company and what they expected from us as owners things improved 100%! Tom and Emma suggested things we should do to improve the van (easy changes). They are always on hand to answer and questions or issues that may crop up and having a reliable team like these two is absolutely invaluable when it comes to renting out our static. In the last 3 weeks our rate of bookings are up by 300% minimum and we don’t have to worry as we are in safe hands with this amazing team.
