I would give no stars if I could, my ex set this account up, I made the mistake of allowing it to be taken from my account - Superdrug mobile are now refusing to cancel the auto renew on the pay-as-you-go for security reasons. Totally unreasonable customer service, putting obstuctions in the way asking for details of Health and Beauty Card for a mobile phone, unless you want bad coverage, slow up and down loads and then grief and problems cancelling then I would advise keeping well clear. PGill 21/08/2024 You can see the response below from my original review; I have not asked for any details of the account, I proved I was the owner of the account the money was being taken from - so no Data protection laws have been breached - all they needed to do was cancel the auto renew without giving me any details then contact the sim advise of the cancellation and ask for new bank details ...... simple .... but not for them obviously.
