Appalling cruise and service-avoid
It’s shocking how the standards of Princess Cruises have fallen. It didn’t help that we went down with COVID on our cruises and had a lovely diet of cold burgers as only room service menu was available, then later in our isolation had the delight of cold restaurant food, when we got out of isolation the ship was in COVID measures anyway and partly shut down. Along with this and Princess cancelling (well rearranging) several ports we were left with a balance on our account payable to us…..no replies to mails or calls, like so many others in this forum. Suspect it will take legal action to get any of this money back. Please avoid these crooks, it’s very hard to gain a good reputation, Princess and by association Carnival are ensuring they get a very bad reputation
