Tortuga Rum Cakes are moist and delicious. I have tried copycat recipes in an attempt to re-create the real deal, but have yet to bake one of my own that is as good as the Tortuga brand cakes. They are pricey, but we splurge about once a year and order a couple directly from Tortuga.
