Great product but poor logistics.
The product is great and the delivery, when it happened, was fine but communication from the logistics department is poor. I purchased the product online and received an automated email giving a nine day delivery window. I then heard nothing for 5 days but then received a call from the delivery driver saying that he would be there in 2 hours time. That's poor. It just so happened that I could have a lad there and the customer was at home to open up. On another day and another job I wouldn't have been able to accept the delivery. Two days later, on a Thursday, I ordered more fasteners. It was only 11.15am. The website states next working day delivery but they didn't arrive the next working day (Friday) but the Monday. If you are not going to provide a next working day service, don't advertise it.
