Excellent value for long-haul flights

Recently flew Cathay's premium economy from New York to Hong Kong and was thoroughly impressed. The extra legroom made a huge difference on the 16-hour flight, and the meal service was surprisingly good with multiple course options. The entertainment system was responsive and had a great selection. Only minor complaint is that the seat recline could be a bit more generous, but overall fantastic experience for the price point.
