I gave a poor review back in June after…
I gave a poor review back in June after having problems buying 2 new sim cards. After posting I received a phone call asking me to further explain the problems. They apologised and said they would credit my next months fee. 2 months have passed and nothing. I have sent a number of e-mails - all ignored. After this review , another phone call. Turns out they do not monitor Lebara e-mail, have to use 'care' prefix . Again apologised and compensated me with 1 months fee.
