Very disappopinted by switch to IDM. Chat bot is hopeless, live chat ponderous. Impossible to speak to (rtaher than exchange cht with) a real person. Esim does not work and I am now waiting for a physical Sim to be sent so that I can make outgoing calls. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed indeed with Church's. I have been buying Church's shoes for 20 years and then bought a pair of slippers as Christmas present for my elderly father. I discovered months later that he had not worn them - at all - and asked if I could return them. Church's refused because (and they were right about this) the time limit for returns had expired, so no refund nor credit against a future purchase. That is not the sort of approach I would expect from a supposedly top-end business. Premium prices but not premium customer service.
