Shame!
Protur Alicia hotel in Cala Bona lovely hotel, close to amenities, staff fabulous but the lack of efficient room air conditioning is spoiling our holiday! Advised reception that our room is too hot and we have been told that the temperature is pre set 18’ the coolest it will go and nothing can be done! We paid extra for a hotel with air con so either it should be sorted or taken off as a feature, “ stars “ removed and price reduced! Everyday we are exhausted as we wake up hot and sweating and can’t get back to sleep! We are not the only guests affected by this ! This is our fifth visit between us and May well be our last now!
