When things don’t go quite right- this is how you resolve them !
I think you can tell more about how a company put things right when things don’t go quite right and this is totally the case with White Stores. Our garden furniture arrived on time and it is beautiful, except for a strange mark on the table. I messaged White Stores on the weekend, Jenny got back to me, after sending a photo of the issue Jenny gave us some options to resolve the issue on a Sunday, after working hours ! I cannot praise the customer service we got from her enough, very apologetic, resolved really quickly, and we are more than satisfied with the resolution! Thank you…. We will definitely use White Stores again !
