Deleted my e-SIM to switch it to a new phone
Deleted my e-SIM to switch it to a new phone and the barcode didnt work, Called the service and they asked me to buy a new plan myself WHILE I ALREADY HAVE A PUCHASED PLAN, get a new e sim activate it and then call back to they can transfer the old subscription and number to the new eSIM. they wanted me to do this while im at the airport, while the online faq says that they're supposed to just issue a new eSIM with barcode. horrendous. asked them to cancel my plan and refund me my subscription for the month. Hope they do refund it ACEE 38544 from customer service was helpful and proffesional, she initiated a refund for me
