Paying for a trolley
Nothing irritates me more than having to pay for a trolley. Didn’t have any loose change and was told I had to pay for a token. Spent $100 at the carindale store, They could have given the token as a gesture of goodwill, but no, I had to pay for it. They should be free when shopping at their store.
