Charlotte was great...
We received an exceptional service from Charlotte during our recent property purchase. We were in the middle of a very challenging chain, dealing with some particularly difficult solicitors on both sides (book ended by Spencer Lockwood who were shocking). Without Charlotte's determination, professionalism, and experience, the completion may not have gone through. From start to finish, Charlotte was fabulous. She was tenacious, always kept us informed with clear and timely updates, and remained incredibly patient despite the pressure from all sides. Her proactive approach made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for her efforts.
