hi Very helpful and understanding, was my first time renting a property out. Would certainly use them again.... We have found Victor Michael extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I've rented many properties in the East London area with different lettings agents and it has always proved to be a horrible experience to add to the stress of the move itself. Victor Michael estate completed a full inspection of the property and also obtained the necessary meter readings. There were one or two items in the property which needed replacing and they contact the landlord and obtained approval straight away. They will be our preferred agents going forward and I would recommend them to any tenant or landlord.
