Stressful & yet leads no where
There isn't any agile way of working in the company. Working as a data integrator in the company I learned that projects come with half content and still, when you try to address it you will be told "Let's just do it. Along the way, we will fill the gaps!" if the deadline passes guess what the manager will come to you and say you are not hitting the target! Few people maneuver the team and yes there are those guys who are just functional employees and yet report every single thing that happened in the team (which has nothing to do with achieving the company goals). I would say as a data analyst/business analyst/data scientist if you don't want to burn out then don't join the company.
