Broken order verification and double billing for no reason
I have been buying games on Instant Gaming for two years and have never been disappointed until now. But today, when I decided to buy another game from them (No Man's Sky), I ended up with a payment pending verification, a payment that went through twice on my account, I had to provide ID, etc. And despite diligently following their procedure, I am unable to retrieve my game. Which is strange because at the same time, my partner made the same purchase with his PayPal account, and it worked. I am extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be making any further purchases from them. I would rather pay a little more but have access to what I buy. I am still waiting for a response from their support team, and if I do not get access to the games, I will of course expect a refund for the payments, especially the one that was charged twice.
