Disappointing Experience…
I had a disappointing experience at this store( Amsterdam, Elandsgracht). I asked an older gentleman if they carried special beers, as I heard some shops stock them during the holidays. He looked at me as if I’d just landed on earth from a flying saucer and replied rudely, "I haven’t sold beer here for more than 10 years!" When I then asked if he might know where to find it, he just stared at me silently. It was shocking to encounter such unprofessional behavior. If someone doesn’t enjoy dealing with people, you have to wonder why they’re working in retail. Definitely not a pleasant visit.
