My experience with Marsh and Parsons property manager
My experience with Marsh and Parsons has been very good. The best property manager I had is Will Whitty: since the beginning of my last tenancy he looked after every single object my previous tenants kept and left in the house, reminded the new tenants all the necessary checks for the house and was so patient when they didn’t answer him. Unfortunately he faced the worst tenants I had, but I have never seen him concerned, even when the missing payments started he wrote me immediately, even before I realised it! Never had someone so fast and efficient. He started the procedure to evict them from my property as soon as I told him and he never wasted time. An example of excellent management!
